Chelsea is a Nashville native, having moved back from Lima, Peru in 2012 to raise her 5 children close to friends and family. She is the newest addition to the Compass team, managing underwriting, operations, and services for the best client experience. With her background as an ESL professor, she brings a whole new strength in foreign languages and communication to our team.

Chelsea enjoys art and music, spending time with her children, reading, traveling, playing soccer, culinary arts, and leading book club.
