Grant was born in Louisiana and grew up in the Nashville area. He earned his BA in Accounting at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville in 2024.

Through many years in and out of the corporate office, Grant has gained a deep passion for serving clients well and supporting an excellent team. He joined Compass in 2024 and has been met with excellence in the team and clients.

Grant attends Grace Community Church in Brentwood, where he enjoys serving the youth.

When not in the office Grant enjoys collecting records, sketching, and biking.
