Rachel moved to Nashville in 2021 to join the financial services industry, where she discovered a passion for operations and client service. Since joining Compass Advisory Group in 2024, she has continued to grow in both and works closely with Solomon Kafoure and Leslie Janssen to deliver an intentionally excellent client experience to every client. 

In her free time, Rachel enjoys kayaking, skiing, crocheting, and traveling with her family.
