Tim Giarra partnered with Solomon Kafoure to join Compass Advisory Group in 2017. His primary focus is to help his clients design a comprehensive plan that allows them to discover proper financial behaviors which naturally allow them to achieve their goals. Tim is passionate about forming personal relationships with his clients and his desire is to simplify complex financial concepts to break down the stigma that finances and economics are difficult to understand.

Tim was born and raised in the Princeton, NJ area. He earned his degree in accounting from Rowan College in New Jersey, where he graduated summa cum laude. Tim and his wife, Caleigh, live in Franklin with their daughter Havana and son Harbor. They are passionate members of their church, The Village Chapel in Nashville. When not in the office, he enjoys golfing, camping, backpacking, and spending time at the beach.
